Van Wert Bedrooms offers free delivery on your purchase when you follow
these steps:
1. Schedule your delivery day.
Tuesday: Van Wert County
Wednesday: Mercer Co., Auglaize Co., Wells Co.
Friday: Paulding Co., Putnam Co., Allen Co. (OH), Indiana
Saturday: Van Wert County |
2. Confirm your delivery time.
On the day prior to your delivery, we will route all
deliveries. You will receive a phone call
before 5:00 pm to inform you of your delivery time. A two-hour
window of time
is allotted in case our truck is running slightly ahead or behind
schedule. Please be
available to take the phone call either in person or by answering machine.
If we cannot reach you, please call us for your delivery time.
3. Prepare room for delivery.
Please have your room ready for installations.
Clear a path to the room.
Move furniture, decorative items or pictures that could impede delivery of
your new furniture.
We will install beds and furniture. There will be an assembly charge
for bunk beds,
daybeds, and futons. We do not allow time to move extra furniture.
4. Questions? Call ahead!!
Look over your pink invoice before delivery. All
special instructions must be written on the invoice.
Draining waterbeds, disassembling or disposing of existing furniture,
moving furniture,
assembly requests, etc. must be noted on the invoice. Please
call if you have a situation
that may require extra delivery time. Extra charges may apply.

Priority Delivery Fees
For your convenience, we offer a Priority Delivery
for $30. If you prefer a guaranteed
delivery time or alternate delivery day, you may choose to use Priority
Delivery.
Delivery times falling outside of 8:30 am -3:30 pm will incur an
additional Overtime Charge of $30.
Two days notice is required for Priority Deliveries.
Assembly Fees
$30 will be charged to assemble standard
bunkbeds, daybeds, futons, and waterbeds.
One-day notice is required for assembly service.
Disposal Fees
FREE- One mattress set will be removed free of
charge for each new set purchased.
$25 will be charged to remove a sofa or recliner.
Service Fees
$15 per quarter hour is charged for the
following services:
Clearing rooms for furniture installation
Waterbed draining and disassembly
Moving furniture to other locations
One-day notice is required for service. |
